(Press hand) Found in the fourth section of Siu-Nim-Tou. Gam Sau is used to break or breach a variety of holds, such as arm grabs, arm locks, and so forth.

Gaun Sau Gan Shou Gon Sau Gon Sau

(Ward off hand) Found in the first section of Siu-Nim-Tou, and also in the ninth section, in conjunction with the Fong Sau, or freeing hand movement. In some systems of Wing Chun, Gon Sau is mistakenly identified with Gyun Sau, or sweeping arm. Gon Sau is a low block that follows the center (Zung Sin) line, whereas Gyun crosses the center line, going slightly past the leg.

Gor Poh Zong Pu (Bu) Jung Bou Zung Bou

(Free stepping) The practice of combined or free style footwork, wherein the practitioner learns to practice flowing type movement within the structures of all Wing Chun footwork.

Zong Ti Xi Jung Tek Jaap Zung Tek Zaap (Free kicking practice) The practice of freestyle kicking, to develop kicking skills that are not regimented, or programmed.
Gum Sau Zhen Shou Jam Sau Zam Sau

(Pinning hand) Found in the fourth section of Siu-Nim-Tou. Zam Sau may be used to trap, jam, or block a variety of attacks or openings, against both hand and kicking attacks.

Gwoy Jarn Heng Zhou Waang Jau Waang Zau

(Horizontal elbow) Found in some systems of Wing Chun in Biu Zi, also referred to in Siu-Nim-Tou in the Fat Sau movement. May be used to strike the head, ribs, and the arm.

(Sweep off Kick) Literally, any type of Wing Chun kick that breaks down an opponent's stance
