Hou Gen Ti Hau Gan Tek Hau Gan Tek (Heel kick) The heel kick is primarily used to kick the knee, the back of the calf and thigh muscles, and even the kidneys.

 

Hou Jiao Ru Bu Hau Geuk Yap Bou Hau Goek Jap Bou

(Rear leg entry stepping) Used against kicks or attacks wherein a practitioner steps to the side and in off of the back or rear leg.

 

 

Hao Yi Ce Tui Bu Hau Yi Jak Teui Bou Hau Ji Zak Teoi Bou (Ninety degree stepping) This footwork drill is done from the Cin Goek Zaam or forward stance. The movement is simple, done from the back leg. The practitioner steps from the back and out to the side. Hence the name of ninety degree stepping.
Hao Jeung Hou Zhang Hau Jeung Hau Zoeng

(Rear palm) Found in the fourth section of Siu-Nim-Tou, in the Gam Sau set. The rear palm is used primarily to strike into the groin area of an opponent who has come from behind, and in conjunction with the Tok Sau or lifting hand technique, which is used to break rear bear hugs.

Huen Sau Yuan Shou Yun Sau Jyun Sau

(Circling hand) Found literally in all the sections of Wing Chun. Jyun Sau is used to break arm grabs, to circle arms and kicks, and so forth. In the forms, Jyun Sau is used to stretch and strengthen the forearm muscles, to enhance striking ability.

Hoi Ma Kei Ma Hoi Maa Hoi Maa

(Open the stance) The basic movement of opening the Wing Chun basic stance of Ji Ji Kim Joeng Zaam. The same movements are used in Siu-Nim-Tou and Cham Kiu. In Biu Zi and Baat Zaam Dou, the movements are different, in that kicks are used to open the stance.
